About the role

  • Partners with leaders to identify key insights, metrics, trends and analysis that shape Cottage Health’s retention and recruiting strategy. Works in tandem with HR Finance and IT leadership to develop a standard set of metrics that bring value to all business lines.
  • Develops, implements and supports multiple reporting and analytics tools in order to build and roll-out system and department level dashboards. Manages KPIs, providing visibility and business impacts to leadership. Delivers data visualizations that make complex data easier to understand.
  • Identifies, and using independent judgment, recommends process and operational improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. Provides process definition (as-is and tobe), analysis and documentation. Provides guidance to all areas of the business based on present findings and information. Streamlines workflows to craft efficiencies and actively develop ways to improve reporting, analysis and operational support.
  • Responsible for the oversight of status changes and global transfers in manager self- service. Works in partnership with the compensation team to administer the market merit process and other compensation processes.
  • Evaluates industry developments, market trends to conduct in-depth benchmarking, industry and market trend research.
  • Analyzes the effect and makes recommendations on proposed wage and hour legislation, laws, regulations and new HR strategic initiatives.
  • Oversees operating procedures for data management, testing, and ongoing validations, in partnership with IT, to maintain accuracy and integrity in the workforce analytics systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years of equivalent experience
