About the role
- Process operational payments-related tasks and provide support to internal team members and credit union members
- Resolve card and payment operations inquiries from other departments and members
- Monitor and process all daily payments maintenance tasks
- Ensure appropriate procedures, policies, and forms are updated and in place
- Monitor and identify fraud risk and activity to minimize losses
- Serve as subject matter expert by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of card and payment laws
- Support leadership with the research, development, and implementation of new card and payment products
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of card and/or payment operations experience
- 2-4 years of financial institution experience
