Operations

• Process operational payments-related tasks and provide support to internal team members and credit union members
• Resolve card and payment operations inquiries from other departments and members
• Monitor and process all daily payments maintenance tasks
• Ensure appropriate procedures, policies, and forms are updated and in place
• Monitor and identify fraud risk and activity to minimize losses
• Serve as subject matter expert by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of card and payment laws
• Support leadership with the research, development, and implementation of new card and payment products

Payment Operations Generalist

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses in compliance with regulatory requirements and GAAP standards
• Collaborate with the CFO and executive team to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead the accounting & finance team in managing day-to-day functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, forecasting, analysis, and reporting
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operations and strategic investments
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Implement accounting & financial policies and procedures adhering to regulatory and GAAP standards
• Serve on the Asset Liability Management Committee, managing interest rate risk functions and continual development of ALM processes
• Develop and maintain organizational, departmental, and product profitability models
• Participate in projects and duties as needed, with a primary focus on stabilization, risk reduction, and process maturity
• Stay updated on innovative concepts within the credit union movement and financial services industry
