- Handle Complex and High-Impact Member Needs
- Support members through advanced lending scenarios, specialized accounts, and complex relationship needs
- Serve as a point of escalation to ensure clarity, confidence, and continuity

- Demonstrate strong listening, thoughtful discovery, and clear guidance in every interaction
- Provide Peer Support and Mentorship
- Act as a trusted peer resource for care center consultants
- Reinforce Knowledge Application and Readiness
- Support teammates in navigating information effectively and applying knowledge with confidence during member conversations
- Support Completion and Relationship Depth
- Guide conversations toward clear outcomes that strengthen the full member relationship
- Collaborate with Leaders and Partners
- Partner with the people leader, experience performance specialist, and learning resources
- Strengthen Culture and Team Confidence
- Contribute to a supportive, learning-focused environment by recognizing progress
- Perform other duties as directed by leadership.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience as a service representative in the retail or service industry or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of fiduciary products and services
- Extensive and demonstrative knowledge of digital products and services offered by the credit union
- Experience and a passion for leadership, performance management, and team member development
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in a training and mentoring setting
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite.
