• Responsible for growing CVG’s sales within a defined territory.
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned CVG OES account and independent sales representatives.
• Provide field support, assisting with the acquisition of new and growth of existing accounts.
• Set annual sales targets for sales representatives.
• Track sales activity by sales reps and customers on an ongoing basis to ensure progress towards sales goals.

Account Manager

• Serve as the primary strategic contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of existing OEM clients
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients
• Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial opportunity through RFQ analysis, proposal development, negotiation of contracts and pricing, and successful closure
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch, delivery, and ongoing support of projects
• Maintain and prepare regular sales forecasts and activity reports for management
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions
