Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain active candidate pipelines
Conduct initial screening via email and phone
Develop and nurture evergreen candidate pipelines
Move qualified candidates into TA Coordinator workflow
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers
Utilize a range of sourcing channels
Gather and analyze labor-market data
Maintain accurate candidate records
Serve as an early brand ambassador

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent research experience
Sourcing experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors
Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Fluent in English and Spanish
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
Recruiting or sourcing certification (preferred)
