About the role
- New client acquisition: You proactively identify potential corporate clients and conduct prospecting by phone. Your goal is to position ubiMaster services as a product or employee benefit with prospective corporate clients.
- Continuous improvement: You use our existing sales processes with our banking clients as a baseline and optimize every step of the sales project so they perform even better with future customers.
- Sales and proposal management: You present the ubiMaster solutions, highlighting benefits and features, and tailor them to the specific requirements of corporate clients. You provide comprehensive advice on our products and services and negotiate customized solutions aligned with individual customer needs.
- Market expert: You become an expert on the market and represent ubiMaster at conferences and trade shows.
- Networking: You build a reputation within the industry and continuously maintain your network in support of our company’s development.
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Sales Management, Account Management
- Initial experience as a B2B Sales Manager in a dynamic environment (2–3 years)
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand customer needs, address them individually, and maintain customer relationships
- Empathy and active problem-solving skills: With your empathetic approach you position ubiMaster with potential corporate clients and respond proactively and individually to their needs
- Reliable and well-organized work style with a willingness to take responsibility
- Team player attitude
