3-month maternity leave cover supporting HR team (80%) and CEO (20%), reporting to the Chief of Staff.
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off-boarding, and role changes.
Maintain and update HRIS system (Rippling) with a high degree of accuracy.
Support benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries.
Ensure compliance by maintaining personnel files, auditing documentation, and assisting with policy updates.
Coordinate HR programs such as training, engagement initiatives, and wellness activities.
Plan and manage logistics for team off-sites and company events, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget tracking.
Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reports for the CEO.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR operations, executive assistance, or related roles.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GMail); experience with HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Navan, Rippling) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, able to work effectively with diverse groups and backgrounds.
High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and work collaboratively across teams.
