About the role
- Proactively source and headhunt talent via social media, job boards, career fairs and other channels
- Create engaging job ads and content aligned with ComeOn’s tone of voice
- Maintain and grow a robust talent pool for future hiring needs
- Take full ownership of roles in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) from application to offer
- Conduct initial screening of candidates and coordinate/schedule interviews and assignments
- Provide regular feedback and updates to candidates and hiring managers; process references and present offers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and review job descriptions
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies and manage partnerships alongside People & Culture Manager
- Assist with relocation and work permit arrangements when required
- Support HR administrative tasks and contribute to onboarding processes
- Report on talent acquisition costs and key metrics; contribute to process improvement and ISO27001 implementation efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar recruitment role (ideally within tech or iGaming)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident in using MS Office Suite and online applications
- Solid understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and external advertising
- Experienced in conducting interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Approachable and sociable personality with a positive, can-do attitude
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail; able to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Innovative and creative approach to promoting job vacancies through online channels
- Confident problem-solver who can identify obstacles and find effective solutions
