Recruitment

• Proactively source and headhunt talent via social media, job boards, career fairs and other channels
• Create engaging job ads and content aligned with ComeOn’s tone of voice
• Maintain and grow a robust talent pool for future hiring needs
• Take full ownership of roles in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) from application to offer
• Conduct initial screening of candidates and coordinate/schedule interviews and assignments
• Provide regular feedback and updates to candidates and hiring managers; process references and present offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and review job descriptions
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies and manage partnerships alongside People & Culture Manager
• Assist with relocation and work permit arrangements when required
• Support HR administrative tasks and contribute to onboarding processes
• Report on talent acquisition costs and key metrics; contribute to process improvement and ISO27001 implementation efforts
