About the role
- Manage and retain a portfolio of corporate fleet customers
- Proactively manage lease expiries and secure timely renewals or extensions
- Achieve sales and new business targets through vehicle replacement orders and portfolio growth
- Develop strong customer and supplier relationships to maximise retention and profitability
- Upsell products and services and promote sole supplier agreements where possible
- Maintain accurate customer data and interactions in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams to champion customer needs and deliver value
- Prepare and present customer business reviews, proposals, and portfolio performance updates
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to management
- Contribute to annual business planning and quarterly reviews
- Service customers via phone or MS Teams meetings and attend customer meetings when required
Requirements
- Strong focus on customer experience with proven sales or service background
- Excellent communicator with ability to build relationships at all levels
- Collaborative, proactive and hands-on team player
- Commercially astute, analytical, and confident with numbers
- Strong prioritisation, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with Miles and Salesforce preferable
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or similar
- Willingness to travel and meet clients as required
- Successful completion of background check (employment conditional)
