About the role

  • Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to hiring managers and leaders
  • Take ownership of recruitment processes from early role scoping and hiring strategy to candidate assessment and final hiring decisions
  • Help leaders clarify capability needs, challenge assumptions, and ensure that hiring decisions support both immediate delivery needs and long-term organizational development
  • Work hands-on with search and proactive sourcing
  • Use market insight, network, and candidate knowledge to identify and attract strong profiles, particularly for specialist and hard-to-fill roles
  • Contribute to developing our Talent Acquisition setup, including how we use tools, data, and AI to enable more effective and modern recruitment processes

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting within IT consulting, technology services, or another knowledge-driven environment
  • Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Confident working with search, sourcing, interviews, and candidate assessment
  • Comfortable discussing role scope, challenging assumptions, and helping managers make thoughtful, well-founded hiring decisions
