About the role
- Assisting with administrative tasks across recruitment processes
- Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Booking and coordinating initial recruitment meetings, including communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensuring a consistently strong and professional candidate experience
- Supporting the tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics and data
- Participating in employer branding activities
- Providing ad hoc support across the broader People Team
Requirements
- Currently in the final years of your bachelor’s degree or in the first year of your master’s within HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a similar field
- Self-driven with a strong desire to learn and develop your professional skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and known for your “can-do” mindset and positive energy
- Comfortable working in digital systems and handling confidential information with care
- Thrive in a dynamic, international growth environment where no two days are the same
- Fluent in both Danish and English
