About the role

  • Assisting with administrative tasks across recruitment processes
  • Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant channels
  • Booking and coordinating initial recruitment meetings, including communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensuring a consistently strong and professional candidate experience
  • Supporting the tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics and data
  • Participating in employer branding activities
  • Providing ad hoc support across the broader People Team

Requirements

  • Currently in the final years of your bachelor’s degree or in the first year of your master’s within HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a similar field
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to learn and develop your professional skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and known for your “can-do” mindset and positive energy
  • Comfortable working in digital systems and handling confidential information with care
  • Thrive in a dynamic, international growth environment where no two days are the same
  • Fluent in both Danish and English
