Accountant

• Responsible for general accounting including accounts receivable, balance sheet entries, benefit, payroll, doubtful accounts, and other monthly and quarterly processes.
• Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany transactions, bank account reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations.
• Partner with FP&A counterparts to ensure sufficient accrual balances versus actuals while providing recommendations to future needs.
• Prepare daily cash flow reporting for the Leadership Team and forecast month-end cash position to ensure sufficient cash on hand for all liabilities.
• Prepare journal entries, including amortization, depreciation, and revenue adjustment entries in preparation for month-end closing.
• Complete month-end reporting, including Balance Sheet reconciliation backup for all accounts.
• Communicate financial impacts with senior finance leaders based upon your own analysis.
• Ability to work independently, often in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to recommend process improvements.
• Takes on additional tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned by Service Finance Leader.

Marketing

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical societies.
• Provide a medical perspective and scientific rationale for product promotion strategies.
• Conduct post-market clinical studies and in-depth medical interpretation of existing clinical data.
• Develop partnerships with national KOLs and gather KOL insights to drive strategies.
• Organize and participate in meetings for academic promotion strategies.
• Develop and manage medical information materials and conduct medical review of external materials.
• Provide training support to sales, marketing and market access teams on various topics.

Senior Medical Marketing Manager

Sales

• Closely work and partner with the Regenerative Surgical Specialist on designated medical facilities to sell Kerecis
• Work varied hours including weekends as needed to see physicians or case coverage
• Cold call on identified accounts/physicians to introduce Kerecis, deliver promotional materials and collect contact information
• Report sales forecasts to the RSS
• Case coverage in wound centers and operating room
• Meet/have call with the RSS weekly to determine specific actionable items for the week
• Update the Kerecis CRM System weekly with all account activities performed
