  • Develop and implement lean transformation strategies
  • Identify and prioritise areas for lean implementation
  • Drive efforts to deliver improvements and anchor new processes and practices
  • Lead change management efforts to shift our mindset and behaviour through changes in practices
  • Anchor a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements

  • Solid experience with lean business strategy and transformation of end-to-end value streams
  • At least 3 years of experience in a regulated industry
  • A proven ability to drive significant, sustainable change across an entire value chain
  • Significant experience leading and facilitating cross-functional teams, workshops and events
  • Excellent communication skills in English – sufficient to lead global teams and stakeholder discussions.
