About the role
- Set the direction for how we train our Sales organisation to effectively sell the Bowel Care portfolio
- Be responsible for creating training programmes related to key commercial initiatives such as product launches for our Sales organisation
- Work closely together with all our different subsidiaries and support them on execution of new product launches, marketing campaigns etc.
- Collaborate closely with different departments in HQ, the rest of the Bowel Care organisation, different external agencies, and all the subsidiaries
- Track launch performance of campaign effectiveness and create learning loops to secure the continuous improvement of commercial activities
- Administer budgets as well as work with sales analyses
- Stay close with field salesforce in subsidiaries to ensure effective implementation
- Participate in congresses, sales meetings and act as a strong partner for our subsidiaries, which will take you travelling about 20-30 days per year
Requirements
- Have experience with developing sales training programs and material within B2B
- Are an ambitious professional who thrives working both operationally and strategically with sales training
- Have worked with learning and development
- Have practical experience with conducting training of sales reps / mgrs.
- Have project management experience in a global company
- Have demonstrated solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to secure a strong dialogue and cooperation with our local subsidiaries and HQ departments
- Speak and write English fluently – other languages are a plus (Danish is not a requirement)
- Have actual sales experience, ideally, however not a pre-requisite
- Have minimum 3 years of working experience with Sales Excellence / Sales Training or similar function
