About the role
- Support the Wound & Tissue Repair /Kerecis business located in Arlington, VA
- Provide general legal support, with a focus on commercial support of medical device sales contracting with hospitals and Group Purchasing Organizations
- Advise on related medical device industry specific issues
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from US accredited law school
- Licensed attorney in the US, admitted to the Bar in at least one jurisdiction
- Minimum 5-10 years legal experience as a practicing attorney
- Working knowledge of medical device industry and specific legal issues applicable to a medical device business operating in the US
- Experience negotiating and drafting a variety of types of commercial contracts, including medical device or pharma industry sales contracts
