About the role

  • Record transactions to report revenue and commission expenses
  • Prepare, review and analyze broker transactions for payments, as well as handle management of broker account recharge
  • Provide support to the branch offices on the use various Deal Tracking System and assist with day-to-day operational related inquiries.
  • Perform revenue testing on deal transactions
  • Review and reconcile accounts related to Revenue and commissions
  • Aid in the preparation of working papers for accruals, allocations, journal entries, and account reconciliations across various business units.

Requirements

  • 2+ year of experience in an accounting position is preferred.
  • Degree in Accounting.
  • A self-motivated individual with customer service orientation and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skills and experience in MS Office (Excel)
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge would be considered an asset.
