About the role
- Align our Commercial Technology Services portfolio with our long-term business strategy.

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in technology, with at least 5+ years in Product Architecture, Business Architecture, or Portfolio Management roles.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A proven track record of rationalizing complex portfolios, reducing application counts, and lowering TCO in a large, global enterprise.
- Deep experience leading Buy-vs-Build evaluations and managing technology investment governance.
- Strong familiarity with Commercial Real Estate Services (Leasing, Capital Markets) or a closely related professional services industry.
- Experience working in a product-led organization, partnering closely with Product Managers and Business Leaders.
- Ability to model CapEx/OpEx implications of technology choices and optimize portfolio ROI.
- Collaborates effectively across North America, EMEA, and APAC time zones to drive unified outcome.
