Influencer Marketing

• Lead Creative for Our Biggest Swings — You’ll develop bold, tension-driven concepts that form the creative backbone of our most competitive pitches and flagship client programs. This means generating ideas that are platform-native, digitally fluent, and built on real cultural friction—transforming strategic territories into campaigns that earn attention, spark conversation, and resonate deeply with digital audiences who can smell inauthenticity from a mile away. And while social is home base, you’re equally comfortable thinking beyond it: from influencer-led events and experiential activations to influencer-led TV spots and fully integrated campaigns that show up everywhere a brand needs to be.
• Turn Insights into Ideas — Great creative doesn’t start from a blank page—it starts from a tension. You’ll work closely with strategists to absorb audience research, digital trend signals, and category context, then transform that raw material into ideas with genuine creative conflict at their core: the friction between what a brand stands for and what culture is demanding, between what audiences expect and what surprises them, between the familiar and the unexpected. That tension is what makes ideas magnetic.
• Bridge Creative and Strategy — You’ll work hand-in-hand with Strategy partners, participating in brief reviews and collaborative ideation sessions to ensure creative concepts are rooted in real insight. Your role is to be both creative lead and thought partner—ensuring every idea pushes into unexpected territory while laddering back to a clear strategic foundation.
• Cross-Functional Partnership — You’ll partner closely with Business Development and Client Partnerships to bring creative thinking to business opportunities across net new pitches and key client programs. You’re comfortable moving between teams, translating creative vision into the language each audience needs to hear—and you genuinely enjoy the variety. One week you’re cracking a campaign for a big CPG brand, the next you’re in the world of luxury, beauty, or B2B tech. You flex your creative instincts to fit the category without losing your edge.
• Tapped into Culture + Trends — You’ll help lead creative trend reporting and POV development, keeping teams wired into what’s shaping digital culture, social platforms, and Gen Z behavior in real time. You know the difference between a trend worth chasing and one that’s already peaked—and you know how to use that intelligence to build creative ideas with longevity, not just virality. You’ll contribute to playbooks and creative standards that level up our output and help clients earn genuine relevance in the creator space.

Senior Creative, Influencer Marketing

• Sourcing and negotiating contracts with C-Level influencers to grow client engagement among mid tier executives.
• Lead internal and client-facing meetings, including setting agendas and preparing summaries.
• Develop and lead integrated strategies aligning influencer marketing with PR and corporate narratives.
• Pitch and book executive thought leaders for industry podcasts and specialized conferences.
• Manage research, recruitment, and presentation of influencer talent for campaigns.

Senior Producer, B2B Influencer Marketing

• Manage a streamlined process for drafting, negotiating, and organizing a high volume of digital creator (influencer) agreements, primarily NDAs, service agreements, licensing agreements, and other talent and appearance-related agreements.
• Utilize Ironclad, a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform to contribute to the seamless functioning of our contract management process.
• Maintain and generate regular reports on contract status, performance metrics, and process improvements.
• Lead and facilitate contract negotiations to achieve favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
• Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate closely with external legal partners to develop and negotiate standard agreements with talent management and clients, setting a standard for contractual relationships that reflect our commitment to excellence.
• Forge direct connections with external partners, navigating negotiations with finesse- from influencers and their representatives to vendors, clients, and procurement departments.
• Streamline the coordination of requests and collaborations with outside counsel when needed, ensuring a seamless integration of legal expertise into our negotiation processes.
• Swiftly respond to inquiries and requests for consultation from business teams and clients, translating complex legal concepts into practical insights that empower our teams to make informed decisions efficiently.
• Independently create a comprehensive library of playbooks, policies, and training materials tailored to the unique needs of diverse teams across Collectively.

Senior Business Affairs Manager, Social & Influencer

• Collectively’s Producers are responsible for leading influencer marketing projects from kick-off through to wrap, including production planning, briefing, content, and reporting.
• This role reports directly to the Director of Production, and will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver programs that vary in scale and scope.
• The Producer role is responsible for three crucial areas of campaigns: Project Management, Influencer Casting & Management, and Client Services.
• Independently or with co-Producers, lead program execution of multi-phase projects across a variety of client types and verticals.
• Develop and manage to program timelines and budgets, ensuring programs are delivered on time and on budget and with key KPIs met.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration and contributions to projects happen successfully throughout the production phase.
• Prepare key production deliverables, including campaign briefs, activation strategies, production schedules, influencer lists, and weekly reports.
• Together with Collectively’s Business Affairs team, ensure that agreements for influencers are accurate, align with program goals, and are executed in a timely fashion.
• Proactively inform Production leadership of project status, optimization insights and potential partnership learnings.
• On an as-needed basis, travel to attend and manage influencer presence at events and/or shoots.
• Excel at adopting and utilizing key tech and SaaS platforms.

• Lead the approach to proposal development or response to briefs at Collectively
