Influencer Marketing

• Collectively’s Producers are responsible for leading influencer marketing projects from kick-off through to wrap, including production planning, briefing, content, and reporting.
• This role reports directly to the Director of Production, and will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver programs that vary in scale and scope.
• The Producer role is responsible for three crucial areas of campaigns: Project Management, Influencer Casting & Management, and Client Services.
• Independently or with co-Producers, lead program execution of multi-phase projects across a variety of client types and verticals.
• Develop and manage to program timelines and budgets, ensuring programs are delivered on time and on budget and with key KPIs met.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration and contributions to projects happen successfully throughout the production phase.
• Prepare key production deliverables, including campaign briefs, activation strategies, production schedules, influencer lists, and weekly reports.
• Together with Collectively’s Business Affairs team, ensure that agreements for influencers are accurate, align with program goals, and are executed in a timely fashion.
• Proactively inform Production leadership of project status, optimization insights and potential partnership learnings.
• On an as-needed basis, travel to attend and manage influencer presence at events and/or shoots.
• Excel at adopting and utilizing key tech and SaaS platforms.

Producer, Influencer Marketing

Manager

• Lead the approach to proposal development or response to briefs at Collectively
• Project manage responses cross-functionally start to finish
• Ideate RFP response with account leader including briefing and guiding creative concepts
• Develop and articulate influencer campaign and creator strategies based on RFP/Brief goals
• Curating a range of influencer campaign or services from Collectively
• Presenting agency partnership / account management approaches
• Conduct and synthesize relevant research & insights to shape strategy recommendations
• Ensure historic account or agency-wide performance data and current trends/best practices are considered
• Support the strategic vision and goals of accounts in partnership with Director or Senior Director by providing guidance, contributions, and feedback on core deliverables
• Assist Revenue Delivery team in responding to program and strategy shifts
• Identify opportunities to optimize/upsell or pivot based on performance, trends, or client needs

Manager, Client Strategy

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients
• Lead internal and client-facing meetings
• Develop integrated strategies for influencer marketing
• Pitch and book talent for high-authority environments
• Manage outreach to influencers
• Independently lead program execution of complex projects
• Create exceptional key production deliverables

Senior Producer, B2B Influencer Marketing – PR

• Collectively's Senior Producers are experienced influencer marketers with experience leading complex, high-profile projects for clients.
• This role requires a strategic production perspective from project kick-off to wrap, including production planning, briefing, casting, content development, deliverable review, and optimization.
• This role reports to the Director of Production and will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver programs that vary in scale and scope.
• The Senior Producer will be responsible for three crucial areas of campaigns: Project Management, Influencer Casting and Management, and Client Services.
• Independently or with co-Producers, lead program execution of complex, multi-phase projects across a variety of client types and verticals.
• Develop and manage program timelines and budgets, ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with key KPIs met.
• Provide ongoing budget management and maintenance to ensure fidelity and accuracy, and on-time creator payments.
• Ensure cross-functional contributions are aligned with overall program goals and Production strategy, communicate directly with leaders on cross-functional teams performance to make adjustments as-needed.
• Create exceptional key production deliverables for complex or nuanced projects, including campaign briefs, activation strategies, production schedules and timelines, key client communications, influencer lists, and weekly reports.
• Together with Collectively’s Business Affairs team, ensure that agreements for influencers are accurate, align with program goals, and are executed in a timely fashion.
• Proactively inform Production leadership of project statuses, optimization insights and potential partnership learnings with solutions on how to ensure learnings are shared across the account and represented in future work.
• On an as-needed basis, travel to attend and manage influencer presence at events and/or shoots.
• Work closely with junior team members as a mentor to delegate and oversee tasks across campaigns.
• Seek out new and improved ways of working; proactively bring ideas to Account and Team leaders.
