• Build and ship features across the accounting product - from member-facing reconciliation and bookkeeping experiences to internal tooling that powers our accounting and bookkeeping operators.
• Work on the integration layer between Collective and our partners that includes extending APIs, handling edge cases, and improving data reliability.
• Improve the transaction pipeline that flows from bank feeds through our accounting platform into our data layer, including reliability, observability, and drift detection between source and destination.
• Own well-scoped features end-to-end with support from senior engineers to define the approach, build, deploy, instrument, and iterate.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to translate accounting workflows into clean software, and surface engineering tradeoffs early.
• Use AI-powered development tools (copilots, code agents, agent workflows) day-to-day to move faster and cut manual overhead.

Fullstack Software Engineer

Operations

• Own the design of every Member Operations workflow as a productized funnel: structured inputs, orchestrated execution, automated feedback loops, measurable quality, SLA-bound delivery. • Own the Operations Intelligence Warehouse, the data layer that makes throughput, quality, variance, and capacity inspectable and decision-ready. • Implement statistical process control across all production workflows, replacing anecdote with evidence. • Build queuing and capacity models that drive staffing decisions and surface bottlenecks before they break the operation. • Encode standards into Policy-as-Code: automated enforcement of bookkeeping quality gates, tax scorecards, and AI exception logic. • Lead the prototype-to-Engineering handoff. • Build and lead a small team of operations analysts, process architects, and tool builders.

Head of Strategic Operations – Sr. Manager/Director

• Own daily execution of the full Service Operations function (bookkeeping and tax preparation) as a single integrated manufacturing system.
• Manage a team of line managers and senior managers across all production workflows. Set clear performance expectations, run tight operating cadences, and develop hands-on leaders.
• Drive daily and weekly production reviews monitoring throughput, SLA adherence, first-pass quality rate, and capacity utilization in real time.
• Own backlog recovery: when production falls behind, activate and execute pre-defined recovery playbooks before the problem compounds.
• Manage capacity dynamically. Match staffing to inflow forecasts and redistribute specialists across workflow types.
• Partner with Product Operations to enforce financial quality standards and surface patterns of failure.
• Partner with Strategic Operations to translate floor needs into system improvement requests and own the feedback loop.

AI Data Engineer – Agent Platform

Account Executive

• Conduct video discovery with prospective members to determine qualification, initiate an exceptional relationship-building experience, and secure the prospect’s commitment to join.
• Provide value and guidance to prospective members based on their unique business attributes and financial needs.
• Own and manage a pipeline of both self-generated and pre-qualified leads through value-based, diligent follow-up. This includes calling, SMS, and email touchpoints.
• Partner with Marketing and Enablement on outbound targeting and cold outreach.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing and our Member Services Team on cross-functional projects to ensure the delivery of an exceptional member experience. (Setting client expectations, driving an amazing member experience)
• Ambitiously develop and execute new ideas for outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and networking strategies.

• Staff and support Collective’s presence at conferences, trade shows, and live events partnering with our partnership, marketing, and sales teams.
• Be the face of Collective in the room — warm, energetic, and a champion for our members.
• Keep our online community active and engaged through programming, conversations, and events that members actually look forward to: Pitch competitions, expert series, etc.
• Run and facilitate our Member Innovation Council — structured sessions where members share feedback that directly shapes our product and services.
• Work with our Product team to facilitate feedback sessions for PMs and PMMs.
• Identify and elevate member voices, stories, and wins.
• Be a content machine on the road — capturing photos, short videos, quotes, and stories from every event and dinner. You’re excited about creating content and contributing to our social footprint.
