• Identify, vet, and source partnerships across priority verticals. Assess potential partners based on audience fit, channel performance, and anticipated ROI.
• Manage and optimize our affiliate program through impact.com, including day-to-day partner support, onboarding, and performance reviews. Coordinate with our agency and internal teams to secure needed assets, messaging, and content.
• Support the execution of partnership agreements and ensure proper attribution, tracking, and operational alignment. Work cross-functionally to resolve blockers and keep partnerships moving forward.
• Regularly analyze partnership and affiliate data to identify trends, surface insights, and recommend optimizations. Provide clear reporting on performance and contribution to member growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with active partners and nurture warm prospects. Ensure partners have support, clear expectations, and the materials needed to perform effectively.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for member questions throughout onboarding.
• Assist members with inquiries related to tax, accounting, payroll, and U.S. corporate structures (especially LLCs/S Corps), using cross-functional resources to ensure accurate, professional communication.
• Apply a basic understanding of these topics (advanced proficiency is a plus, not a requirement).
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment to resolve member issues effectively.
• Manage inbound member inquiries about our product, process, taxes, and accounting via email and phone.
• Proactively send updates and reminders about key onboarding milestones.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding process.
