Product Manager

• Own the product roadmap for Coinbase’s core infrastructure with emphasis on scalability, resiliency, and cost efficiency for global workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering, SRE, and infrastructure partners to design compute, networking, and storage systems that operate reliably across multiple regions and clouds.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of infrastructure technologies (compute, networking, storage, observability) to improve performance and maintain uptime during demand spikes.
• Anticipate growth driven by product launches, traffic surges, and global expansion, ensuring infrastructure capacity scales ahead of demand.
• Define and monitor SLAs for uptime, latency, and resiliency, and iterate with engineering to consistently meet or exceed these targets.

Product Manager II – Core Infrastructure

• Own company-wide Travel Rule strategy and execution as the single-threaded DRI, partnering with Consumer and Insto PGs on their front-end implementations
• Grow TRUST market share by signing new VASPs, expanding network/asset support, and driving go-to-market efforts
• Own Travel Rule Platform APIs and backend infrastructure that Consumer and Insto integrate with
• Support international expansion by enabling new entities and jurisdiction-specific requirements (e.g. India, EU, UK)
• Strengthen TRUST's privacy and security posture to reinforce Coinbase's 'Most Trusted' position
• Drive program health and stakeholder alignment across a complex, multi-PG domain

Product Manager II – Platform, Travel Rule

• Responsible for leading Enterprise/Business IAM (Identity & Access Management), including owning Multi-User functionality:
• User management for Coinbase’s “B2B” products
• Roles, permissions, hierarchies, and all that’s required for a B2B Coinbase customer to manage their organization
• This will also include being involved in authentication, authorization, and other more traditional identity work
• You’ll be expected to deliver a world-class full-stack platform which is usable by every relevant Coinbase product

Senior Product Manager – Identity & Access, Multi-User

General Counsel

• Negotiate first-of-a-kind, highly-tailored agreements with strategic partners and sophisticated counterparties in the finance, payments and digital currency space.
• Provide full product life-cycle counseling for a variety of global prime brokerage, custody and derivatives related products, and practical advice on associated legal issues and risks, complex agreement structures and company policies in a risk-tolerant, but compliance-oriented environment.

• Build tooling and automation to make management of our Kubernetes clusters easy and reliable.

• Run the Rhythm of the Business - Own planning cycles, weekly prioritization, launch readiness, and retrospectives for EWX. Translate leadership direction into clear plans, milestones, and ownership. Surfing risks, dependencies, and resourcing issues early.
• Support Go-to-Market for EWX Programs - Support the planning and delivery of surges, working sessions, event grants, and office-related initiatives. Coordinate across Workplace, Real Estate, Internal Comms, Finance, and other partners. Build simple intake and prioritization mechanisms to prevent ad hoc work.
• Budget Management - Track budgets for EWX programs and initiatives. Maintain clear visibility into forecast versus actuals. Flag trade-offs and risks early to help leadership make informed decisions. Partner with Finance on planning and reforecasting.
• Real Estate and Program Planning Support - Support real estate planning work, including capacity assumptions, utilization inputs, and timing. Track cross-functional inputs and decisions. Ensure assumptions and decisions are documented and communicated clearly. Note: You do not own design or construction, but you help keep planning tight and aligned.
• Process, Systems, and Tools - Build and maintain repeatable processes, playbooks, and operating models. Reduce one-off work and ambiguity. Ensure tools like Asana, Jira, Notion, and Sheets support clarity and scale.
• Data, Reporting, and Storytelling - Help define what success looks like for EWX programs. Build dashboards and simple reporting to show progress, spend, and impact. Turn updates into clear written summaries for leadership.

Data Scientist

• Devise testing plan to better understand key product metrics and inform product strategy.

• Build and maintain data integration & process SDKs for use by internal services and product teams throughout Coinbase.
