Key responsibilities & impact

Drive increased trading volume by understanding clients' liquidity needs
Build and maintain trusted counterparty relationships through quality execution
Partner with Sales, Financing, and Account Management teams to identify, onboard, and monetize new client relationships
Provide structured feedback from clients to institutional Product Managers
Maintain a real-time pulse on market sentiment, trading activity, and client positioning

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of sales and/or trading experience in digital assets, FX, equities, credit, or derivatives at a top-tier institution
Strong options trading capability, including pricing, hedging, and risk-managing vanilla and/or exotic structures
Proven ability to build and maintain counterparty relationships with institutional clients
Experience producing institutional-grade market commentary or client communications covering macro, crypto, or digital asset themes
Weekend availability required - this role operates on a schedule that includes Saturday and Sunday as working days
Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
