About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive increased trading volume by understanding clients' liquidity needs
- Build and maintain trusted counterparty relationships through quality execution
- Partner with Sales, Financing, and Account Management teams to identify, onboard, and monetize new client relationships
- Provide structured feedback from clients to institutional Product Managers
- Maintain a real-time pulse on market sentiment, trading activity, and client positioning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of sales and/or trading experience in digital assets, FX, equities, credit, or derivatives at a top-tier institution
- Strong options trading capability, including pricing, hedging, and risk-managing vanilla and/or exotic structures
- Proven ability to build and maintain counterparty relationships with institutional clients
- Experience producing institutional-grade market commentary or client communications covering macro, crypto, or digital asset themes
- Weekend availability required - this role operates on a schedule that includes Saturday and Sunday as working days
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
