Key responsibilities & impact

Own daily business operations for CBIE across all lines of business
Drive improvements to operational and regulatory reporting by streamlining data sets
Develop and execute local operational and outsourcing processes
Partner with functional owners and stakeholders to ensure compliance with outsourcing framework
Lead discrete cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects
Support regulatory and product operations activities for CBIE

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting, operations strategy, or data analysis
Proven track record building or improving operational processes end-to-end
Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and Looker (or comparable BI tools)
Direct experience with outsourcing governance and/or third-party risk management
Demonstrated ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into structured workplans
Utilizes generative AI responsibly
