About the role
- Act as the primary day-to-day liaison between Cohesity and partner
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across sales, marketing, and partner teams
- Ensure alignment on joint goals, initiatives, and messaging
- Collaborate with partner and internal sales teams to drive co-selling opportunities
- Support joint pipeline development through enablement, opportunity tracking, and field alignment
- Coordinate and facilitate joint account planning, deal support, and customer introductions
- Track key partnership KPIs
- Regularly report on partnership health and co-sell performance
- Identify and resolve blockers to joint success
- Help operationalize the partnership through internal documentation, processes, and playbooks
- Recommend improvements to enhance partnership efficiency and impact
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to coordinate and track integration activities
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams to ensure timely updates, testing, and documentation
- Assist in gathering requirements, managing timelines, and identifying blockers
- Support the execution of co-branded marketing initiatives, including campaigns, webinars, and events
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure proper messaging, partner visibility, and asset development
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, customer success, or business development (SaaS or cybersecurity preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D, and operations teams
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales tools is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
