About the role

  • Develop and execute content tailored to each platform (X, Reddit) that will resonate with audiences interested in AI modelling and technology, ensuring a consistent yet platform-specific brand voice.
  • Be the voice of Cohere in communities on Reddit and X where AI models are debated, dissected, and discussed. Champion Cohere’s “Sovereign AI” approach and positioning.
  • Create a variety of content types, including text, visuals, and videos, optimized for social media engagement.
  • Stay ahead of trends and leverage AI tools for content ideation, generation, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Product) to align content with broader company social campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor social media analytics to refine content approaches and enhance audience engagement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in community curation and content creation on X and Reddit, with a strong portfolio showcasing platform-specific strategies and audience growth at a tech company or similar organization.
  • Ability to produce engaging content that stands out in a crowded digital landscape–from end to end, including copywriting and asset creation.
  • Skill in analyzing trends, audience behavior, and performance to inform decisions.
  • Comfort experimenting on new platforms and adjusting strategies based on emerging trends and technologies.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with designers, writers, marketers, PR, and product teams.
  • Proven ability to engage and interact with technical and developer communities with confidence and credibility
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools for content creation and optimization, even without prior experience.
