Human Resources

• Support domestic and international HR operations with a primary focus on global mobility, recruiting, employee support, and international travel coordination
• Manage SOFA status applications, renewals, privileging requirements, and international relocation processes
• Coordinate immigration, work authorization, and international assignment documentation
• Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Coordinate international travel arrangements and maintain travel compliance documentation
• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees across APAC and U.S. regions
• Maintain employee records and process HR transactions within the HRIS
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
• Assist with employee relations matters and policy interpretation
• Conduct HR compliance audits and maintain personnel documentation
• Track required training completions and regulatory requirements
• Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives
• Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics related to recruiting, mobility, and workforce trends
• Partner with management to deliver a positive employee experience
• Perform other duties as assigned

Human Resources Manager

Therapist

• Provide evidence-based treatment and assessment for veterans and their families.
• Performs and documents patient’s screenings, psychosocial assessments, and progress and referral information.
• Conduct clinical intake assessments on veterans and family members as needed.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and child psychotherapy to patients, with a focus on delivering evidence-based treatments.
• Collaborates and coordinates with the caregiver, physician, director, case management and all other disciplines to provide the best care to patients as needed.
• Attend weekly clinical, supervision and administrative meetings.
• Provide services via telehealth platform, as required.
• Perform other duties as required.

Licensed Therapist

• Assist with HR Audits
• Maintain and update HR records and trackers.
• Assist with organizing employee files and documentation.
• Support handbook and policy document management.
• Help standardize file naming and recordkeeping processes.
• Help compile HR reports and background check records.
• Support office organization and administrative projects.
• Other projects, as assigned
