About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with HR Audits
- Maintain and update HR records and trackers.
- Assist with organizing employee files and documentation.
- Support handbook and policy document management.
- Help standardize file naming and recordkeeping processes.
- Help compile HR reports and background check records.
- Support office organization and administrative projects.
- Other projects, as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or any business-related field.
- Proven experience working in an office environment is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented
