Requirements
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Proven experience in B2G sales in the region, preferably with a focus on security technologies, data analytics, or software.
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present effectively and persuasively and engage with decision-makers in senior and C-level positions.
Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must; additional languages are a plus.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5-7 years of sales experience in account management and business development, specifically with governmental customers in national security or law enforcement.
Knowledge of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity solutions.
Having served as an Intelligence Officer is a plus.
A successful track record in selling complex intelligence/defense/security technology solutions.
Comprehensive experience in both direct and indirect sales, leveraging partnerships and networks.
A proactive, independent approach with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the buying processes in the governmental and security sectors.
