About the role
- Development and execution of an integrated demand strategy across paid media, SEO, digital content, lifecycle, events, partnerships, and ABM
- Orchestration of predictable pipeline creation across go-to-market channels
- Prioritization of programs for ROI/ROAS, optimizing and shifting spend dynamically, while using data to double down on what works
- Optimization of the use of AI-powered tools and modern marketing tech to increase speed, personalization, and efficiency across the funnel
- Segmentation of audiences to drive message-market fit across corporate L&D, Talent and HR buyers
- Continually refinement of the buyer journey based on behavioral data, experimentation, and real-time signals
- Manage lead acquisition, nurturing, and handoff to sales, including close collaboration with SDRs and AEs
- Work cross functionally with sales and customer success to nurture and drive campaigns that accelerate existing opportunities, and drive expansion within the customer base
- Build dashboards that bring clarity to pipeline performance, CAC efficiency, funnel conversion, and channel ROI (Salesforce, HubSpot, attribution tools)
- Drive ongoing experiments across website, landing pages, and other touchpoints
- Guide a small, high-performing marketing team while remaining hands-on
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product and other teams to ensure alignment on targets, messaging, and programs
- Infuse a culture of experimentation, speed, and iteration, always pushing for “better than yesterday.”
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with deep experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or acquisition, in startup or scale-up environments
- Demonstrated success owning pipeline targets and building demand engines from early stage through growth
- Hands-on proficiency with digital channels, paid search/social, SEO, email, lifecycle, events, and website optimization
- Extensive experience and curiosity working with AI solutions to work more efficiently and find new, differentiated ways to build pipeline
- Strong quantitative skills with comfort in Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics/attribution tools
- Experience leading small teams while remaining a practitioner
- Ability to move quickly, iterate often, and make smart decisions with incomplete information
- Experience in HRTech, L&D, or adjacent industries is a bonus
