• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up through close and expansion
• Partner closely with SDRs to develop target account strategies, refine messaging, and convert meetings into qualified opportunities
• Proactively prospect into target accounts and build pipeline independently in addition to SDR-sourced opportunities
• Lead executive-level discovery conversations focused on capacity constraints, competing priorities, budget tradeoffs, and execution risk across Learning, Talent, and HR
• Position Cognota as the system of record for capacity planning, operational execution, and measurable outcomes
• Apply MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities, identify deal risk, and drive alignment across buying committees
• Use Sprint Selling principles to maintain deal momentum, define clear outcomes for every interaction, and accelerate decision-making
• Deliver high-impact product demos, independently tailoring each demo to customer needs and business context
• Build, manage, and forecast a healthy pipeline with accuracy and discipline
• Maintain strong Salesforce hygiene, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into deal status, risks, and next steps
• Keep leadership informed and engage executives strategically when their involvement can help advance opportunities
• Navigate enterprise procurement processes, including security, legal, privacy, and vendor onboarding
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps to continuously refine messaging and improve conversion.

Enterprise Account Executive

Growth Marketing

• Development and execution of an integrated demand strategy across paid media, SEO, digital content, lifecycle, events, partnerships, and ABM
• Orchestration of predictable pipeline creation across go-to-market channels
• Prioritization of programs for ROI/ROAS, optimizing and shifting spend dynamically, while using data to double down on what works
• Optimization of the use of AI-powered tools and modern marketing tech to increase speed, personalization, and efficiency across the funnel
• Segmentation of audiences to drive message-market fit across corporate L&D, Talent and HR buyers
• Continually refinement of the buyer journey based on behavioral data, experimentation, and real-time signals
• Manage lead acquisition, nurturing, and handoff to sales, including close collaboration with SDRs and AEs
• Work cross functionally with sales and customer success to nurture and drive campaigns that accelerate existing opportunities, and drive expansion within the customer base
• Build dashboards that bring clarity to pipeline performance, CAC efficiency, funnel conversion, and channel ROI (Salesforce, HubSpot, attribution tools)
• Drive ongoing experiments across website, landing pages, and other touchpoints
• Guide a small, high-performing marketing team while remaining hands-on
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, product and other teams to ensure alignment on targets, messaging, and programs

Director of Growth Marketing

Accounting Manager

• Manage all aspects of A/P, A/R, and general ledger accounting
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
• Process bi-weekly company payroll
• Own the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate reporting
• Prepare supporting schedules and reconciliations
• Assist with annual audit and year-end activities
• Handle SaaS revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606/SaaS standards
• Monitor deferred revenue and contract accounting
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting packages
• Support cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
• Partner with the COO on budgeting and financial planning
