About the role

  • Provide IT support to internal staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Actively participate in troubleshooting IT issues and support network and security setup
  • Train employees in the effective use of IT resources
  • Maintain and update internal support documentation
  • Manage user accounts and permissions

Requirements

  • Completed education in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting and providing IT support
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
  • Strong knowledge of multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Optional: Experience with software deployments
  • Optional: Administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • High level of customer orientation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
