About the role
- Provide IT support to internal staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Actively participate in troubleshooting IT issues and support network and security setup
- Train employees in the effective use of IT resources
- Maintain and update internal support documentation
- Manage user accounts and permissions
Requirements
- Completed education in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in troubleshooting and providing IT support
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
- Strong knowledge of multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Optional: Experience with software deployments
- Optional: Administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- High level of customer orientation and communication skills
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
