• Supervise, plan and coordinate the release management process, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between development teams, quality assurance, product management, and other stakeholders
• Create and manage detailed release plans, including the coordination of resources, schedules, and dependencies
• Continuously review and improve existing release processes, while introducing new tools and methods to streamline and enhance operations
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained throughout the release cycle
• Identify and manage risks and issues that could impact the release process, ensuring project success
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders, including providing regular status reports and conducting release readiness reviews
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of stakeholders across various geographies, fostering clear and coherent dialogue regarding release management
