  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and trends

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of market research techniques
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire
