Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and trends
- Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of market research techniques
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire
