Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years proven B2B sales experience, preferably in financial, banking or insurance solutions
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and retention
- Strong cold-calling and new business development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong professional network within the designated territory
- Knowledge of market research techniques and competitor analysis
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term business relationships
- P&C license or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire (if applicable)
- Willingness to travel to client meetings and industry events.
