  • Drive growth by acquiring new business

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years proven B2B sales experience, preferably in financial, banking or insurance solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and retention
  • Strong cold-calling and new business development skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
  • Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong professional network within the designated territory
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and competitor analysis
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term business relationships
  • P&C license or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire (if applicable)
  • Willingness to travel to client meetings and industry events.
