Technician

• Responsible for safe and efficient sampling, data collection, and assistance with regulatory reporting.
• Conduct inspections and monitoring related to air, water and waste compliance programs.

Environmental Technician

Analyst

• Deliver timely, accurate reporting and analysis that explains cost performance, highlights risk and opportunities, and enables faster corrective action by site leadership.
• Complete month-end close activities accurately and on schedule, including journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, account analyses, flash reporting, MOR inputs, and variance commentary.
• Identify cost trends, budget risks, operational drivers, and improvement opportunities by analyzing labor, contractor, equipment, inventory, fuel, reagent, capital, and departmental spending.
• Improve cost accountability by partnering with department leaders to explain variances, validate assumptions, and recommend actions that strengthen cost control.
• Improve budget and forecast reliability by partnering with operations, engineering, and department leaders to develop practical cost assumptions, schedules, and life-of-mine planning inputs.
• Strengthen decision quality by preparing financial models, scenario analyses, sensitivities, and dashboards that clarify trade-offs, cost impacts, and business risks.
• Ensure planning data is complete, accurate, and reconciled across corporate systems, including Oracle, XERAS, RPM, Vena, and related financial models.
• Maintain audit-ready financial records, procedure documentation, and support that meet GAAP, corporate policy, internal control, SOX, and audit requirements.
• Strengthening financial governance by monitoring control effectiveness, identifying process gaps, and supporting corrective actions that reduce risk.

Senior Mine Cost Analyst

Supervisor

• The Longhole Supervisor will report to the Longhole Superintendent and is responsible for direct supervision of the Longhole crews including managing, planning, and reporting on drilling, loading, and blasting of all production stopes. • Stop work for safety concerns, and abide by safety best practices, policies and procedures. • Work cooperatively with the Development Supervisors and Mine Superintendents to coordinate activities and readiness of Longhole drilling locations. • Track daily drill footages, ensures productivity and quality of drilling. • Assess drill condition and work with Maintenance to coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs. • Inspect and map completed drill holes and develop stope blasting plans. • Identify and implement “best practices” for longhole stoping at Coeur Alaska Kensington. • Encourage and foster a positive and productive team environment. • Comply with and coach employees on Coeur’s safety, environmental, and conduct standards. • Ensure proper utilization of longhole drills to optimize safe and efficient production. • Ensure that performance expectations and proficiency standards are met consistently. • Perform hourly evaluations with assistance from Longhole Superintendent. • Ensure longhole crews receive training and progression pathways fairly and consistently. • Work collaboratively with all Supervisors and crews to ensure that equipment and tasks are properly set-up for the next shift. • Communicate effectively with peers, employees and other departments. • Ensure compliance with Federal mining regulations, as well as Federal and State environmental standards. • Provide consistency in the application of Company policies, procedures, and training to ensure the safest work environment for employees. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Longhole Supervisor

Engineer

• Supervise the development of weekly mine plans, stope drill and blast packages, plan reconciliations, backfill designs, and operations support
• Assist in the yearly reserve and budget creation
• Provide oversight for ventilation, paste backfill, site water balance, drill and blast design, ground support, surface stockpile, and waste dump management
• Mentor and grow junior engineers through strong and inclusive leadership
• Regular coordination with Management, Operations, Geology, and Survey groups

Short Range Engineer

System Administrator

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for escalated infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user issues.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for Helpdesk Technicians and IT Technicians.
• Support administration and maintenance of Windows server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, and related Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
• Assist with administration and support of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and identity management systems.
• Support virtualization infrastructure including VMware vSphere environments, virtual machines, storage systems, and backups.
• Troubleshoot and support network infrastructure including switches, wireless systems, VLANs, routing, fiber connectivity, and network patching.
• Assist with maintenance and monitoring of server rooms, communication rooms, UPS systems, and infrastructure hardware.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, system deployments, hardware refreshes, migrations, and technology improvement initiatives.

IT Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technology support requests and incidents.
• Respond to support requests through the ticketing system, phone calls, walk-ups, and email communications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, printer, network, mobile device, and account-related issues.
• Escalate incidents and service requests to appropriate technical teams when additional support or advanced troubleshooting is required.
• Accurately document all incidents, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalation details within the ticketing system.
• Prioritize and triage incoming incidents based on operational impact, urgency, and established service levels.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities including user account setup, equipment preparation, and access requests.
• Assist with deployment, imaging, setup, and replacement of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for end-user devices and related IT equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware, software, operating system, printer, mobile device, and network connectivity issues.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support for employees, contractors, and vendors across operational and administrative areas.
• Support and administer user accounts, group memberships, permissions, and device management within Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Intune environments.
• Deploy, configure, image, maintain, and replace desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and related peripherals.
• Assist with management and support of Microsoft Intune policies, endpoint compliance, device enrollment, and software deployments.
• Support conference room technology, audiovisual systems, printers, and site communication systems.
• Perform field support work in office, plant, shop, and mining environments as required.
