Process and calculate high-volume terminations; support payroll processing (salary calculations, advances, PPR (profit-sharing), overtime, benefits, pension payments, deductions and charges, etc.)
Ensure compliance with current labor and tax legislation
Understand and monitor the impact of the monthly payroll on mandatory filings and reports (e-Social, DIRF, etc.)
Ensure accuracy of payroll processing and payable amounts, validating all inputs and mandatory items (advances, vacations, benefits, deductions, taxes, private pension, loans, etc.)
Review and ensure payroll records are accurate
Support client inquiries and questions related to payroll
Assist with internal and external audit queries
Stay up to date on labor and tax legislation.
Requirements
Practical knowledge and experience with HR/payroll subsystems (payroll, advances, pension payments/garnishments, onboarding, electronic timekeeping, vacations, leaves of absence, allowances, terminations, collective bargaining agreements, etc.)
Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
Knowledge of statutory reporting and charges (e-Social, FGTS Digital, IR, CAGED, DIRF)
Preferably, experience with SAP ERP
Intermediate Excel
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
