Requirements 10+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically in the service-based industry (e.g., IT services, consulting, professional services). Proven track record as a top-performing hunter with ability to independently generate and close large deals. Strong industry Rolodex with access to key decision-makers and influencers. Comfortable working as a solo contributor – self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
