About the role
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS entries, candidate databases, and weekly reports accurately.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to minimize dropouts and support timely closures.
- Prioritize roles critical to business needs and support efficient hiring to optimize costs.
- Suggest improvements in sourcing strategies and explore new talent channels.
- Support referral drives and internal hiring initiatives.
- Participate in local meetups and team initiatives to enhance employer branding.
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably in technology/IT hiring.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS/Breezy).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to priorities.
- Comfortable with attending local tech events or meetups as part of employer branding initiatives.
