About the role
- Own the partner relationship day-to-day
- Immerse yourself in the partner’s business and market
- Act as the primary liaison between partner stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams
- Partner with the Program Director to run the overall program
- Mediate priorities with empathy and backbone
- Lead account planning and account health
- Translate partner objectives into actionable agency strategy
- Champion award-worthy thinking and craft
- Support co-sell readiness
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Navigate escalations with clarity and urgency
- Partner on commercial and financial oversight
- Ensure stakeholders are aligned on timelines, dependencies, and decision points
- Operate with a high-ownership mindset
Requirements
- Proven experience in client/partner engagement and account leadership
- Strong executive communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to be deeply curious and informed
- Experience working with large enterprise organizations
- Background in agency account management, digital transformation, martech/DXP initiatives, or related consulting/professional services work
- Comfort discussing enterprise marketing technology
- Strong judgment and empathy in navigating tension
- Financial and commercial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity
- Experience supporting contract/SOW negotiations and change management
