About the role

  • Own the partner relationship day-to-day
  • Immerse yourself in the partner’s business and market
  • Act as the primary liaison between partner stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams
  • Partner with the Program Director to run the overall program

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client/partner engagement and account leadership
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be deeply curious and informed
  • Experience working with large enterprise organizations
  • Background in agency account management, digital transformation, martech/DXP initiatives, or related consulting/professional services work
  • Comfort discussing enterprise marketing technology
  • Strong judgment and empathy in navigating tension
  • Financial and commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity
  • Experience supporting contract/SOW negotiations and change management
