• Collaborate with creative operations, production teams, and brand managers to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration across ideation, production, approval, and distribution processes
• Support integration of AI solutions into content and creative workflows
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with client requirements
• Lead day-to-day coordination and execution across client accounts as the dedicated delivery lead

Backend Engineer

• Lead the technical direction of projects, making high-level architectural decisions for full-stack applications that integrate AI services
• Design and build robust backend services (Python) and intuitive, interactive frontend interfaces (React/Vue/Angular) that visualize complex data and AI interactions
• Architect and maintain data processing pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations to solve real-world client problems
• Foster a culture of excellence by performing rigorous code reviews, mentoring junior and senior developers, and driving the adoption of best practices
• Partner closely with Product Management, Design, and QA to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps and deliverable software
• Evaluate system performance across the full stack, identifying bottlenecks in both the frontend rendering and backend AI inference layers to ensure scalability and reliability
• Stay ahead of the curve on the latest AI trends (e.g., SLMs, Agentic AI, Multimodal models) and web technologies, advising stakeholders on feasibility and implementation

Senior Engineer, Back-end

QA Engineer

• Execute hands-on testing of responsive web/mobile applications and the underlying infrastructure
• Identify opportunities for cleaner code and process refinements, raising them proactively within your squad
• Collaborate with product teams to support and implement testing strategies with a strong shift-left mindset
• Provide accurate estimates for testing efforts and timelines while remaining adaptable to requirement changes
• Communicate test progress clearly and proactively to ensure the team can make data-driven decisions
• Participate in requirements gathering, test execution, and regression testing across functional systems
• Support release cycles by contributing to scope planning, effort estimation, and the sign-off process
• Engage with the Quality Practice Community to facilitate collaborative learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing

Quality Engineer

Producer

• Lead projects from scoping through delivery across live action, motion, design, post, and experiential.
• Partner closely with Creative, Marcom Production, and Operations to define production approach, budget, and timeline
• Know when to work with direct production partners, but also run point with a tight in-house team
• Work closely with creative teams to bid, award, and execute best-in-class work
• Anticipate challenges and design efficient, scalable solutions for projects of varying complexity
• Set project schedules and manage calendars for highly specialized creative teams, both internal and external
• Work hand-in-hand with design and technology teams to ensure creative ideas are executable, on time, and on budget
• Serve as the production lead on integrated projects, balancing creative ambition with logistical and financial realities
• Deliver mixed-format content across platforms, including live action, animation, and social media executions
• Partner with department heads to ensure alignment on creative quality, resource planning, and delivery
• Apply deep knowledge of live action, post, 2D/3D, and experiential production to elevate creative output
• Act as a creative problem-solver, finding production solutions that protect both the idea and the budget

• Stay informed on evolving production technologies and bring forward recommendations that strengthen Engine’s operational infrastructure
• Help refine Engine’s production systems, toolkits, and documentation for consistent quality and scalability
• Contribute to Engine’s operational frameworks and resource models
• Serve as an internal advocate for the value of Engine’s multidisciplinary production model—educating teams and showcasing success stories
