Focus on supporting the optimization of Talent Acquisition operations, leading process, technology, compliance, and back-office operations of the Talent Acquisition function
Report directly to the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition
Manage and develop a Talent Acquisition Specialist team through coaching, performance management, and training
Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus and model company values
Create and maintain productivity dashboards to monitor KPIs and support hiring demands
Collaborate with TA Management, Legal, and HR partners to implement training programs for TA Business Partners, Recruiters, and Specialists
Review customer and candidate feedback through surveys to identify improvement opportunities
Oversee vendor relationships and system integrations; administer myCAREER tool and coordinate with Talent Systems on enhancements
Manage existing technology tools and systems, provide input on new tool evaluation and implementation, and monitor vendor costs and partnerships
Maintain system documentation and user guides and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for TA processes
Implement and monitor TA branding initiatives across myCAREER site and social media; coordinate with Marketing & Communications for content development
Analyze recruiting metrics and KPIs to identify operational improvements and execute process enhancements across the TA lifecycle
Review sourcing and recruiting activities for effectiveness and implement improvements based on data analysis and team feedback
Conduct regular audits of TA compliance requirements; monitor background check and onboarding process compliance and implement compliance training programs
Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and coordinate with vendors to maintain compliance standards
Review diversity-specific metrics and results
Requirements
Associate’s degree with 3 to 5 years or relevant experience
Experience with applicant tracking platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment platforms
Demonstrated ability to learn new technology systems quickly
Strong attention to detail and process orientation
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities
Strong technical and operational capabilities
Demonstrated proficiency in problem solving and strong communication skills
TA processes and procedures to be used for training and onboarding of TA teammates
Working knowledge of compliance requirements including OFCCP, EEOC, Title 7, and local/state employment laws
Demonstrated experience with recruiting tools, ATS systems, and candidate sourcing technologies
Experience managing recruitment operations and engaging remote team members
Contributes to workforce planning initiatives and supports implementation
Assists with budget planning and monitoring
Practical understanding of employment laws to maintain compliance with regulations and corporate policies
Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple priorities
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
Experience managing and engaging remote team members
Experience building presentations and training in PowerPoint and Canva (preferred)
Strong proficiency with Excel including pivot tables and reporting (preferred)
Exceptional customer service skills and emotional intelligence (preferred)
Ability to work in high-pressure situations with positivity, professionalism and adaptability
