About the role
- Executes overall Talent Acquisition strategy for respective Market Units
- Drives recruiting efforts and builds relationships with MU Leaders
- Manages full lifecycle recruiting efforts and client management activities
- Partners with Hiring Managers to define accountabilities and candidate success factors
- Presents qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner
- Develops comprehensive sourcing plans for candidate pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years) or knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience
- Knowledge in Human Resources or related field
- Skills in relationship-building and strategic mindset
- Ability to manage all client activities within assigned market unit
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems
