About the role
- Participate in day-to-day activities with team members in Distribution, Warehouse and Equipment Service.
- Support the Route Selection process for Drivers.
- Support inventory control in warehouse.
- Complete daily updates on truck assignments, status, and compliance reports.
- Provide general supervisory support and respond to sales team and customer inquiries on delivery status.
- Analyze data to support key metrics for Fleet and Equipment Services.
- Support vacation coverage in both mornings and afternoons (warehouse, distribution, equipment service).
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program relevant to Operations (3rd or 4th year preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership, positive attitude, and passion for growth and continuous learning.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral).
- Professionalism and positive attitude.
- Advanced computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
