- Provides administrative support to the General Manager
- Organizes meetings and sales reporting
- Responds to inquiries from employees, visitors, vendors, and the general public
- Assists with financial and operating analytics; preparation of sales and financial reports
- Manages expense reports and administers programs
Requirements
- Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience required
- 1+ years of experience in an office admin/executive assistant role
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating projects
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service focused
- SAP knowledge an asset
