Talent Acquisition Partner

Financial Planning and Analysis

• support the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning across multiple business units
• analyze monthly actuals vs. budget and forecast, identify key variances, and deliver meaningful, decision-ready commentary to senior stakeholders
• maintain and administer OneStream, managing data inputs across multiple business units and building reports used in monthly financial reporting and planning processes
• develop and maintain financial models and dashboards that provide real-time, actionable insights into business performance
• ensure accuracy across all reporting and analytics efforts, applying a rigorous check-and-balance process to every deliverable before it reaches leadership
• prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and private equity sponsors, as well as quarterly financial reports for lenders
• champion the adoption of AI tools and Microsoft Copilot to streamline financial workflows, automate reporting tasks, and introduce best-in-class operational practices across the team
