About the role
- To oversee and manage the entire S&T supply chain operations.
- Coordination with planning, order management and warehouse operations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and inventory targets.
- Reduce slow moving and obsolete inventory (SLOB).
- Enhance labour productivity and drive cost savings.
- Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Central Planning, Quality, HR and 3rd party S&T convertors.
- Manage customer deliveries for both domestic and group markets.
- Implement best practices in warehouse operations.
- Follow ISO requirements and support certification audits along with team growth and development.
Requirements
- Postgraduate in Operation management with broad supply chain experience in planning processes, systems, tools (SAP environment), warehouse and 3PL management.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Manager roles.
- Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies and programs such as Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC and Change Management.
- Good Excel and analytics, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data and estimate costs, and adherence to safety policies and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork and coach team members.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- Superior communication skills - written and verbal.
- Fluency in English.
- Relevant Supply Chain and Management Qualification.
