About the role
- Set and advance the enterprise capital and facilities strategy
- Lead premises planning and capital delivery
- Sponsor/lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and major projects
- Build senior stakeholder and external partner alignment
- Establish and run the Premises operating model and team leadership
- Direct property operations and administration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in premises and facilities management or relevant field
- At least five (5) years in a leadership role
- Previous commercial building construction experience
- Expert knowledge in negotiating commercial leases
- Expert knowledge of security procedures and conducting investigations
