About the role
- Lead the execution of FCL’s IT Security Strategy, overseeing technologies and processes for IT Cybersecurity assessments and threat mitigation.
- Operate and provide guidance on a company-wide Cybersecurity program, ensuring protection of data and infrastructure while meeting legal and regulatory requirements.
- Working closely with our Governance and Controls team, contribute to and enforce established IT security policies and standards, providing domain guidance and expertise across IT teams to align with governance practices and industry best practices.
- Manage incident response and vulnerability remediation, leading efforts to detect, respond to, and resolve cyber threats though collaborations with internal IT operational teams.
Requirements
- Have 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in security domains in one or multiple areas: Application, Infrastructure, Network in a complex distributed environment. Including 3+ years of experience directly managing people and security and risk practices.
- Have a Bachelor of Science in Information Management, Computer Science or related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Have completed or are working towards any of the following ISACA certifications:
- - COBIT 5
- - CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- - CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
- Are familiar with managing and building a strong and effective team.
