Lead and manage a team of solutions architects and subject matter experts delivering security and resiliency services
Deliver expertise, services, and technologies to help enterprises anticipate, protect against, withstand, and recover from adverse conditions and cyber-enabled attacks
Oversee client projects ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and with high quality
Act as primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and requirements within contractual frameworks
Collaborate with the Security & Resilience Practice team on solutioning, resource planning, skill development, and ensuring quality delivery of projects
Ensure adherence to Cyber Resilience Programs, Zero Trust principles, and SOC integration in engagements
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in delivering Security and Resiliency consulting services and solutions or professional services or projects
At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing teams of solution architects and SMEs, preferably in a customer-facing role
Strong knowledge of Security and Resiliency technologies and concepts (establishing a Cyber Resilience Program, Zero Trust design principles, Security Operations Centre integration)
Experience with cybersecurity technologies including Palo Alto, Microsoft Security, Splunk, Tenable, Qualys, MS Defender, Crowdstrike, Trend Micro, Illumio, Akamai, Cloudflare, CyberArk, Delinea, Okta, SailPoint, Thales, Ostich, BlackKite, OneTrust, Rubrik, VEEAM, Commvault, Cohesity
Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Proficiency in human resource management, leadership, and consulting skills
