About the role
- Lead planning, designing, and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions aligned with playbooks and technical blueprints
- Provide and communicate technology solutions across audiences and oversee projects and activities related to special initiatives or operations
- Lead the resolution process for problems, adhere to defined practices and policies, and establish input/output processes and working parameters for systems
- Fulfill requests from business users and operations and communicate technical status updates with appropriate teams
- Oversee stability, resiliency, reliability, and performance of multiple supported systems
- Mentor other team members and provide technical leadership
- Capture and translate business requirements into complex infrastructure and system design and collaborate with stakeholders for system design and deployment
- Support change implementations and perform access and physical provisioning/deprovisioning for infrastructure and applications
- Provide consulting services to Core Technology Infrastructure and technical partners, execute procedures reliably, and escalate appropriately to solve incidents
- Provide release support, manage engagement across audiences, and provide full lifecycle management of infrastructure and application environments
- Administer and support CyberArk Privileged Access Security Suite (Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA)
- Monitor CyberArk platform health, availability, and performance and ensure alignment with operational SLAs
- Troubleshoot and resolve credential vaulting, rotation, and integration issues and partner with infrastructure and application teams for secure access integrations
- Enforce compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standards and participate in audits, evidence gathering, and privileged access governance reporting
- Provide Tier-2/3 support for CyberArk-related incidents and service requests
- Support change management, testing, and deployment of CyberArk updates and patches
- Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) administration and operations
- Strong hands-on expertise with CyberArk components (Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA)
- Experience managing credentials across Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, middleware, and APIs
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) principles and privileged access best practices
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to describe highly technical information in an understandable level to any audience
- CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, Guardian) (desired)
- Experience with CyberArk Secrets Manager (desired)
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and onboarding (desired)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and PAM integrations (desired)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and authentication mechanisms (desired)
- Exposure to SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, etc.) for monitoring privileged activity (desired)
- ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge of ITSM best practices (desired)
- Experience with production support, solution design, automation, DevOps practices, and stakeholder management (skills listed)
